htdefiant Posted February 3, 2007 Author Share Posted February 3, 2007 I have been unable to install Vista on my Boot Camp partition. The Mac Pro is awaiting a firmware/drivers update that will enable it to run Vista on Boot Camp with the NVIDIA 7300 GT and only 1 GB of RAM. I'll keep you posted, but, in theory, it should work. erbic Posted February 4, 2007 Share Posted February 4, 2007 Bootcamp Vista will not work, unfortunately. When you try to create a new VM, the "Use Boot Camp" option is greyed out. Kinda sucks for me, because after I squeeze the 120 days free out of my unlicensed Vista VM, I'm gonna have to reinstall it. Oh, well. Can't use the licensed version on the Boot Camp side.
