FierceDeityLink1
You could always try moving the folder to root or somewhere and boot into single user mode if you run into any problems. I may try doing this later, but I've never heard of it other than with cache files. A Nonny Moose
The general rule is to trash something in the system folder only if you're 10,000% sure you don't need it. Anything less you keep. retroz
Thanks all, well, its supposed to be a quick way to keep running things fast. I noticed that my startup is still the same, a tad bit slower, then after using appzapper on say a particular program, it still left files in the preferences, so, trashing them is something that MAC OS X users do all the time. Windows has no comparison. Basically it cleans the system registery if you will and starts fresh when you launch a particular program and dumps anything no longer used. I was just wondering (since I am still on 104.6, if there was anything in there that we needed (special) for Hackintosh. Make sense? moving the directory might be a good idea!?
