Boriska
I have an RoverBook Notebook (uniwill 258SA0) an analog of Fujitsu Amilo  1840 (same motherboard). (http://www.fujitsu-siemens.co.uk/rl/servic...milo_D_1840.htm) Chipset: SiS 648FX + SiS SB 963 Intel Pentium 4 processor (Northwood) 2.8Ghz HT/FSB 800MHz SSE2 Only ATI Mobile Radeon 9600 (1680x1050) 3 USB, there are no PS/2 ports. only synaptics touchpad. I tried to install MAC OS x JaS.Mac.OS.X.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3.PPF.1.Integrated but always got panic on module appleps2controller (more frequent) or around that step with no module description. After 20-25 power off/power on i get in graphical Install and finished installation for about 2 hours, but after reboot i got gray screen with proposal to power on/off (kernel panic?) i tried platform=x86pc and platform=acpi and still no success. Please can anybody help me? maybe some modifications of .kext can help, but what to do? Boris. BrazilMAC
Hi, I have a Amilo L6820 and cant get the keyboard and trackpad to work. It only works via USB Keyboard/Mouse ( I am using a Advent wireless, got at Pc world), but if I toucj any keys on the laptop, it will freeze the OS, and then i have to reboot. I got it to install by using the VMWare to native method, then used MACDrive 7 to remove the appleps2controller kext, and it boots fine natively, but again, no keyboard or touchpad. Using the method I mentioned you can get it to install, but no keys or mouse. Does anybody have a solution to getting the keyboard and touch working??/ Cheers, Herick Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/40355-notebook-without-ps2-os-x-installation-troubles/#findComment-371420 Share on other sites
