DELL REP:

I have a problem.

DHL Tracking Number: 96987839583

DHL Delivered the package. But someone by the name of G LOOR Signed for it. No one by the name of G LOOR lives at my address.

DHL Also said they attempted delivery yesterday, but that was falsified by the driver because I was home at the time of the attempted delivery. I complained to DHL, but I am still out a brand new monitor. This sucks.

I do not have my new Dell Monitor. It's missing. I am frustrated.

amen, same thing happened to my uncle, he lost 5 laptops to dell customer service, my mom and dad, and me have all lost data or some part to dell service.

haha man this is hilarious. sorry gt but but man this is really funny and should be posted in this laughs section. i have had problems with best buy customer service also. It is frustrating being shuffled around to 20 different people.
