Alessandro17 Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 okay so now that i have realized my dumbness When ive got a partition program open IT SHOWS MY fat32 as not bootable and i cant figure out what to do to make it bootale my C:/ windows partition is bootable but this other one isnt im using scronis disk suite In order to install OS X, you need a primary partition. Even better if it is active, but there can be only one active partition in a hard drive. I built my hackintosh with two HDs. It is always better to install OS X in a separate HD. I suppose you have Windows already installed? p3nixn Posted January 26, 2007 Author Share Posted January 26, 2007 windows already installed, when i look at my drivers i beielve its IDE i have 2 externals 1 Sata and 1 IDE im thinking i should put one of those in and install it on there. ? Will the hardrive show up if i do that? because it wont show up when i partition it to a primary and make it active.
