Mebster
I love the Exposé feature on OS X and would love to use that on my windows system too. There are a few applications around that are able to do this but WinPLOSION and TopDesk seemed to come up often. I was wondering if anyone could recommend one which you've used that was: 1. Bug-free (or close) 2. Smooth (close to OS X's Exposé) 3. Great effects mimicking Exposé as accurately as possible 4. Doesn't hog memory and processor

Metrogirl
If you want guaranteed compatibility, Microsoft's Task Switch PowerToy will give you a big improvement over the XP alt-tab functionality. But I agree that TopDesk is just about the bee's knees, dog's dooberries or whatever superlative you want to apply. It's damnedly good.
LawRobertson
FlyaKite + TopDesk is the way to Mac-ize your Wintendo. There are some lost windows problems and other minor stuff (for example, you can't minimize applications so smoothly), but they are the best you can have.
