Are you installing Mac OS X , or are you booting your system.

There are several things this can be, for example it can be a Kernel Panic, this means a problem loading the kext, or this can be a problem with the processor drivers, or architecture not supported.

Please provide further information as: Installation or booting, was it working before, hardware details: Processor, RAM, HD, Sound, Graphics.

If you are installing... that message is due to a hardware incompatibility, most sure whit the video card, remove your video card from the Board, plug your monitor to the onboard video and try again, later you can instal your video card propertly.

Bye.

I have done installing OS X, after installing the Callisto_b008 for my ATI Radeon xpress 200 series, after reboot it appears. So it is obvious that the kext doesn't work. Could someone please suggest a video solution for my graphics.

Specs: Intel Desktop board d101ggc http://www.intel.com/products/motherboard/D101GGC/index.htm

:P Hi for all!

I was glad to see this topic of a / for the newbies. After putting 10.4.8 on my ASUS A6U-5050 I have a lot of problems to solve - making sound (realtek AC97 ) , wireless (BCM4318) to work properly, but I'm on it!

I have found the relevant kexts but I need to know how to use them... a few days before I have seen a topic about this but  I simply can't find it now.

Please  somebody help me with this!
