NO... however, it wasn't smart as a consumer to purchase the first crack at a new product. It's not that I won't buy another Apple... just not anytime soon. I've finally got my MBP working right... almost a year later. I will give Apple credit for addressing my issues. (note- I deal directly with the Company Store in Cupertino, CA) Unfortunately, I've heard read some real horror stories from the international community. non sequitur Posted February 16, 2007 Share Posted February 16, 2007 My MBP is great, after i had the logic board replaced because of the whine problem. no other problems though, so im very happy. sucks that you didnt have good luck. i bought mine off of amazon. I havent had very good experience with compUSA, so that could be it.
