Zizou
I've been running my 10.4.8 system with 8.8.1 kernel for quite some while now, even though I had to reformat it all 2 weeks ago.. (And that new install fixed like 20 errors lol) But I did that all the, 'traditional' way.. Going from my good 'ol 10.4.6 Myzar dvd, applying the updates, replace the kexts with the original ones, place the kernel in the right place and add Natit/Titan. so what I wonder is, is there any difference in performance between this WAY of getting your system working with the 8.8.1 kernel and the new Jas release? If so I might consider downloading it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/38235-difference/ Share on other sites
