asap18 Posted January 7, 2007 Share Posted January 7, 2007 Well, nothing is ever totally safe. But the biggest thing would be to install on the right partiton during the windows install. Remember the size you make of the windows partition and install only onto that partition. Ive used it many times to make and delete partitions and ive never had a serious problem. the only thing i would do after creating the Windoze partition is i would boot from my Mac OS X install discs and run diskutil on it and repair it just to be sure. And when running the XP installer, dont touch the 128 MB partition!
