restless Posted December 24, 2006 Share Posted December 24, 2006 Hi; I have a pc (amd opteron) and mac os x 10.4.6 (by goat-secx) on it (so i have a hackintosh). now i can't run shake 4.1, when i run it, a window apears for a few seconds and then disapears (and i have an option for sending a report). i have nvidia 6600 video card and the latest macvidia driver. any help? thanks. wow Posted December 25, 2006 Share Posted December 25, 2006 what you did is known as crossposting and people hate that, lol. could be (alomost certain) that final cut extensions only works with quartz extreme and core image supported vidoeocards which i now can see your card doesnt support, becuase you use macvidia drivers QE / Ci is only possible on 10.4.8 kernel Upgrading seems to be the magic word here.
