colorfuel
Hi, ive been reading through the forums a bit and wondered if I could install the marklar-tiger-release1 on my Laptop It's 15,4" TFT WXGA (1280x800) Widescreen • AMD Athlon™ 64 Prozessor Mobile 3400+ 512 KB 2L Cache • Chipsatz: SiS 755 + SiS SB 963 • 1024MB DDR-RAM • 128 MB ATI MOBILITY™ RADEON™ 9700 PRO • AUDIO: Audio CODEC ALC655 I've read somewhere, there were installation problems on the SiS Chipsets and the ALC655. Also I wanted to knwo if the marklar-tiger-release1 which I'm downloading right now is the best/most stable release yet. And If ever it doesnt work, will I be able to install it on VMware? Thanks in advance.. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/3645-will-the-marklar-tiger-release1-work/ Share on other sites
macgirl
Some that has SIS chipsets has VMWare working, since VMWare emulates Intel IDE channels. colorfuel
Ok, thanks for the reply. I presume then that there is no possibility on running it native on the SiS chipset.. Anyhow I'll post results as soon as the damn dl is finished.
