LarryB
I have used the OSx myz.iso 10.4.6 image to install the Mac OS on a Dell Optiplex GX260. There is 512 mb of RAM & it uses on onboard video card. When the installation boots it is in a poorly rendered grey scale. The image is so poor you can't read the text on the screen or identify many of the icons. I used the same image file to install on a newer Dell Optiplex GX620 with an extra video card and everything works fine. Has anyone else had a problem with onboard video like this? matemago
you have to change in BIOS video memory size from 1Mb to 8Mb... that will fix it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/36259-no-color-with-dell-optiplex-gx260/#findComment-399809 Share on other sites
