Set SSDT-EC-USBX.aml in ACPI/Add/item1 to Enabled = NO. This has the same function as item3/SSDT-EC.aml. 2. Set HibernationFixup.kext in Kernel/add/item5 to Enabled = NO. Wakeup should be possible with SSDT. No, it couldn't load with these settings, two black screens and then it overloads itself. Since the PC standard is 4K, you need to use HDMI 2.0 (4K) cable. Changing the cable and then adjusting the LSPCON settings should probably fix the problem. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/362102-asrock-h310m-hdv-dual-monitor-problems/page/9/#findComment-2846119 Share on other sites

In 4k format, (This is a 6-foot-long HDMI cable equipped with 24-carat gold-plated connectors providing an HDMI Ethernet channel, 3D, 4K, Deep Color support, and a sound return channel). EDIT: Now I tried with set HibernationFixup.kext to Enabled = YES and another HDMI cable, that's it. it's like loading into two black screens and then rebooting.... deeveedee
@Max.1974 There is more than one way to hack a hackintosh. The last time I needed SSDTs for USB was with a 2010 Dell Latitude E6410 laptop. I believe you when you say that you needed SSDTs. There is nothing wrong with that USB patching methodology. With more modern hacks (like the one in this thread) I use only kexts to patch USB and I achieve perfect results. Let's not insist that there is only one correct way to hack a hackintosh. @Asural I am interested in your assertion that changing the cable and adjusting lspcon will fix the problem. I don't have any hacks that need lspcon (even hacks where others have insisted that lspcon was required), so I don't have experience with hacks that require it. I'll continue to follow this testing so I can learn. EDIT: @brumas2025 Please confirm that with config-H31-test-7-6-9.plist test here that displays work and the only problem we need to fix is waking the displays from sleep. Please check the contents (the setting for SSDT-EC-USBX.aml has been set to Enabled = NO). Don't forget to set PlatformInfo/Generic. Max.1974
Let’s create a new framebuffer patching to solve this. I want to start a project like that. It would be absolutely awesome.🙂 An app for these issues would be great. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/362102-asrock-h310m-hdv-dual-monitor-problems/page/9/#findComment-2846132 Share on other sites

Please attach an ioreg file once the display has stabilized so that we can compare the monitor status. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/362102-asrock-h310m-hdv-dual-monitor-problems/page/9/#findComment-2846164 Share on other sites

I didn't understand the meaning of this part, but I'm currently testing with a desktop SMBIOS, so the computer won't go to sleep even when the monitor is turned off. Please refer to Apple's documentation on sleep/wakeup.
