guiyoforward
Hi there, I'm looking for the "dima" branded kernel, which apparently (at least for surferSD as reported in http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...2654&st=20) worked with two cores on Core Duo mobile processors. You can find out if your kernel is that one by typing in terminal: uname -a for example: ryans-computer:/Users/ryan root# uname -a Darwin ryans-computer.local 8.8.1 Darwin Kernel Version 8.8.1: Fri Nov 3 20:57:08 GMT 2006; dima:xnu-792.13.8/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_I386 i386 i386 Any LEGAL (as in being allowed to be posted here) way of finding this kernel will be greatly appreciated. If not, please PM me. best, g. PS: moderator, if I'm breaking a rule here, could you please edit my post so that it reads "request for clues for finding xxx"? guiyoforward
OK, but joe states that his workig kernel is that one, and it does only one core.
