BCM94352Z keeps crashing in windows 11

hi everyone, i just bought this new BCM94352Z from aliexpress here’s the product link:

everything works perfectly fine in MacOS Sequoia 15.2 even i managed to get bidirectional airdrop and continuity work with kext and oclp, but i encountered problem in windows 11 24H2. It works for a couple of second and when i’m trying to connect to my wifi the windows just freeze and i need to force shutdown the computer. Even after doing that the windows just keeps freezing. Already try various driver from fenvi, dell, lenovo but nope, it’s just simply not solving the issue. Is this a drivers issue or hardware failure? Here’s my computer specs

I already found a solution to this problem. Apparently the Active State Power Management (ASPM) is the main problem to this problem. Turning off the ASPM-related option in the BIOS fixing the problem.
