Used SMBIOS - iMac18,2 and iMac18,3 Yes, i tried iMac18,1, with it no video input. OS seeing Monitor EDID and showing it info correctly. strangeron Posted August 25, 2025 Share Posted August 25, 2025 Maybe CSM / Enable is required. For HD630 try with NVRam Reset. (iMac19.1 ?) <dict> <key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0)</key> <dict> <key>AAPL,ig-platform-id</key> <data>AAAbWQ==</data> <key>device-id</key> <data>FlkAAA==</data> <key>enable-hdmi20</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-con1-enable</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>framebuffer-con2-alldata</key> <data>AQUKAAAIAACHAQAAAwYKAAAEAACHAQAA/wAAAAEAAAAgAAAA</data> <key>framebuffer-con2-enable</key> <data>AQAAAA==</data> <key>framebuffer-patch-enable</key> <integer>1</integer> <key>framebuffer-stolenmem</key> <data>AACQAA==</data> </dict> </dict> Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361567-hd-630-color-bug-and-no-video-accelleration/#findComment-2839717 Share on other sites More sharing options...

On this forum found: SMBIOS: iMac18,1 AAPL,ig-platform-id: 00001259 Boot args: igfxagdc=0 The system works, but the behavior is strange. For example, in Figma, Hearthstone, or Minecraft I see very high CPU usage while GPU usage stays low. Surprisingly, on my old laptop with an i5-3337U and HD 4000 (with OCLP on Monterey), the same applications actually run with better performance.
