Okay, I set your SIP value to 67080000.
I previously had 03080000.

 

If I may ask (you've already done a fantastic job),
When it reaches 100% it reboots ,would it be possible to create a dialog box that allows the user to reboot later?

At Boot, the macOS Install option is present in the gui, and it works perfectly.

Unfortunately no, the utility allows you to delay the reboot for up to 5 minutes, but it still wants to reboot. I will check how it will work with a delayed reboot and let you know.

Yesterday I spent a long time searching the Internet for an option to disable the utility reboot, but apparently there is no option, most likely this is how it is intended. It is possible to postpone the reboot for up to five minutes, but the utility does not terminate its work, but waits 5 minutes, and reboots the system. It is possible to stop the program at the moment of waiting, when the progress is 99.9%, but it seems to me a rude decision.
I decided this way, I will set a pause before rebooting for 10 seconds, whoever wants to, can stop the program at 99.9% progress.

As I wrote above, this seems rude to me.
We experience discomfort during testing, but in general, the utility continues the installation, which is what the user actually wants.
I will more clearly indicate in the program that a reboot will occur.

currentlly testing a helper that prevent macoS  to restart issued by startosinstall. seems startosinstall gave up and went back to prompt

Adding a --user xxx prevent it from auto restart. At least from a terminal. Havent tried with your app.

A popup will confirm you if you want to terminate the terminal, selecting CANCEL will bring you back to prompt and system wont get restarted

If you look at the log, everything is fine, there is a percentage output. If the progress bar still doesn't work for you, let me know, we'll look for the reason.

Good job, I haven’t tested the app yet, but I’ve been following the comments and I have a question: is there a field to enter the password? Isn’t the password requested through a system prompt? I didn’t know about the startosinstall tool good to know about it. Maybe I can implement it in future versions of FlashWizard...

The password is written and stored in the keychain and is supplied as a variable. The script is not interactive. If you use the terminal, there will be a request.

Make an All in One , merge startinstall and createinstallmedia together  🙈  😅
