yoshimitsu
I have the same laptop, but not the same problem. I have done installation from JAS dvd (10.4.6) and all is going good untill the screen: starting Mac OS X. It hangs on that screen with no further booting. When booting with -v option the proccess hangs with the following message: vga: family specific matching fails Thanks for any help! yoshimitsu
Do you have built-in ethernet working in the latest version ? In my version, firewire port is the only option for creating network connections, built-in ethernet is not detected.
