Hello everyone, I have an issue on Sonoma 14.7.2. My iGPU seems to be working correctly during normal tasks, but when I need to use programs like Ableton Live, it starts to experience mini lags every second, which are very annoying.
Sometimes, when using the program, selecting in the timeline is slow and stutters.
If I minimize and reopen the program, it works normally. My VRAM is set to 3072MB, I have an Intel i9-10900k, 2TB SSD NVMe, Intel UHD 630 iGPU, and everything is mounted on an MSI Meg Z490i Unify.
I am willing to share the config.plist.

Hi everyone, I’ve been following this thread because I’m also seeing minor UI stutters in audio production software on my Hackintosh with Intel UHD 630 (Sonoma 14.7.2). Not constant, but noticeable enough to be annoying — especially when moving around the timeline or opening plugin windows.

My setup is i9-10900K on a different board (ASUS Z490), 32GB RAM, iGPU only, and VRAM set to 3072MB. I saw the suggestion to lower VRAM to 2048MB or 1024MB — has that helped long-term for anyone?

Would also love to hear what platform ID people had the most luck with for stability + performance in DAWs like Ableton or Logic.

Thanks in advance — this forum has been a goldmine for troubleshooting!
