omg, I'm laughing my ass off after watching it, totally awesome and true.

now people, listen to me, instead of spending bloody bucks for a OS ripoff

install WindowBlinds 5.x on your machine and get the aero glass (=aqua?)

on you WindowsXP,98,etc, believe me, I've tried it and it has nothing to loose

against Vista's aero plus it is hardware accelerated without degrading your OpenGL

experience. (see attachments)

Wow, even a prestigious news source like The Times is poking fun at Vista's "innovation." I was expecting this guy to be serious. Lol.

Although I've seen all of these similarities pointed out countless times, this was still pretty funny.

This argument about Search bar is not really good one. In fact, both Spotlight and Windows desktop search are using exactly the same technology, that has been born neither on Mac or Windows side but simply in UNIX environment. This is unfair to charge this as copying or mocking MacOS. It's just a normal desktop seach function that every modern OS needs to have. And by the way it exists even for XP, it's just needs to be downloaded from MSN and installed. Typical marketing BS designed for an average user that has no clue what's seach, spotlight, etc.

Spotlight, IMHO, is better then the others because of it's application integration power. I'm not sure what they do on the Windows Desktop Search side though.
