Robert Kleijn
I have been trying to use the Windows Installer without success. It just will not open. I use a Mac Pro 5,1 with the latest OS Sequoia. Is the MacOS the problem? Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/360170-mr/ Share on other sites
Robert Kleijn
I get this message when I try to run it: Apple could not verify “Windows Install” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy. miliuco
@Robert Kleijn I don't know how are you trying to install Windows in the Mac Pro. Is it with Boot Camp, with OpenCore or any other method? Have you tried to create a new install media to see if the issue persists? Give to us more info. jobr
https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/apple-cant-check-app-for-malicious-software-mchleab3a043/15.0/mac/15.0 " On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Privacy & Security in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Go to Security, then click Open. Click Open Anyway. This button is available for about an hour after you try to open the app. Enter your login password, then click OK." 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/360170-mr/#findComment-2830490 Share on other sites
