miliuco
@Frution Are you using AppleIGB.kext? https://github.com/Shaneee/AppleIGB https://github.com/donatengit/AppleIGB Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/359771-help-with-intel-i210-nic-on-sonoma-145/#findComment-2823539 Share on other sites

I have also tried the debug version which results in both of the port self assigning garbled ips regardless of the nic having lan connected to it or not. As for Shaneee, I have no idea how to compile that version of AppleIGB. Are there instructions on who to do that ? Many thanks for the response. Shaneee
Use the version from donatengit add the boot arg e1000=0 The version on my Git is much more outdated. I use the donatengit version myself. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/359771-help-with-intel-i210-nic-on-sonoma-145/#findComment-2823541 Share on other sites

Shaneee
Release should load fine as that's what I use. Try Release first with that boot arg. 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/359771-help-with-intel-i210-nic-on-sonoma-145/#findComment-2823544 Share on other sites

Re-tried the AppleIGB kext, both release and debug. Both nics are showing self-assigned IP of 169 Edited July 30, 2024 by Frution Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/359771-help-with-intel-i210-nic-on-sonoma-145/#findComment-2823547 Share on other sites
