MFDOOM
Hello everyone, I am in need of some guidance on modifying SSDT for my OpenCore setup on a Thinkpad T440p laptop. I installed macOS Monterey using the EFI from https://github.com/valnoxy/t440p-oc and everything was working perfectly. However, I recently switched my BIOS from OEM to Coreboot with Tianocore payload, which is a UEFI bios. I continued to use the same EFI I downloaded from GitHub, but it caused a lot of errors. In an attempt to resolve these issues, I adjusted the SSDT based on my Coreboot DSDT by reading guides from various sources online. I noticed that the SSDT-BATX.aml, SSDT-ECRW.aml, SSDT-LED.aml, and SSDT-MCHC-aml were causing errors, so I removed them to test if I could boot without those four SSDTs. Unfortunately, I am now stuck on "Registered coreanalyticshub functions with xnu" when booting on Mac Recovery, and I am stuck on the Apple logo loading screen when booting normally. I am looking for a guide to correct my SSDT, and I have attached the EFI (removed kext content since the original size is 36mb) along with the DSDT in a zip file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Slice
Why Coreboot DSDT? Has it any relation to your real hardware?
