I'm having the exact same issue!!  I'm oddly relieved to see your post, I've tried for weeks to get wifi running on my hack to no avail!  The closest I've gotten is to actually see my AX200 card via Heliport diagnostic but could never connect.  I wish I could share some good news, I've posted in a different forum and none of those suggestions have been successful.  

 

I'm running an Acemagician Mini PC Ryzen 7 5700U w/ 32gb ram and 2x ssd's .  Other than the gpu hanging, and Wifi, my hack is running flawlessly on Sonoma 14.5 with  iMacPro1,1 smbios

The ACEmagician brand of mini PCs seem to be problematic when it comes to Wi-Fi/BT, your's is not the only ACE I've come across that won't connect. Have you considered an older generation card to see if that works?.

I'm open to any card that will work... I've tried a couple of unsupported cards I have from old pc's and the bt works almost every time, as has it on the ax200.  Don't know if that's of any relevance, I generally see folks posting about bt issues and I've not had any fwiw.  I'd prefer not to disable sip if possible, thus trying the ax200.   Is there a reasonably priced card you think may work?

This is the card installed on my GENmachine, 7265NGW. I currently have Ventura installed but it works in Sonoma too.

No luck with this either, as usual the bt works fine.  Thanks for the suggestion none-the-less.

 

I guess I'll see if I can find someone that's overcome this issue on the same machine, no other good ideas at present.
