Mac Sonoma lag problem

Hello

My friends, I installed the Mac version of Sonoma. (It's been a few months)
But I am facing a problem from the beginning of the installation!
I have two m2 hard drives and I installed Windows 10 on one and Mac installed on the other!
Inside Windows, everything is OK!
When I enter my Mac from the boot, the mouse and the computer are the same! Or let's say there is some lag!!
The solution to this problem is as follows:
I restart several times and enter the Mac, it works very smoothly and perfectly!
I might say that sometimes I restart 3-4 times to fix it
What do you think the problem is exactly?
Second question:
After that, booting on the Apple logo takes a minute. Is this normal or is this a problem?

EFI UPDATE.zip

SOME UPDATE FOR BEST PERFOMANCE. Check if work.

-Bios/UEFI in full default settings. Set only xmp and if need disable secure boot.
-Last Bios UEFI Version
-Delete old EFI folder and paste new. Don't use merge files
-Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead
-Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen

I did this, it is ok, now I have to test it for a few days and let you know.
I just disabled xpm, then what should I do to enable XPM so that it uses all the frequencies of my memory? Now I set it to 2133.

U can enable XMP

Hello
I have been testing for a few days now, no matter how many times I restart it, it goes up smoothly and correctly! Special thanks to you
I don't know, did you update the Kexts files? (How) and what else did you do to solve this problem?
By the way, even now XPM is disabled, I will activate it and test it.

UPDATE :

Enable XPM:
I activated this item from the BIOS and I still saw the lag
I restarted 3-4 times but it didn't work!

After that, I disabled XPM again, restarted 2 times and it still didn't work!!!
What should I do, my dear friend?

Hello again to all friends and teachers
Ladies and gentlemen, I am tired.
Now the computer is off, I'm going to turn it on and enter the Mac!
For the first time, the mouse and the system are like lag
The second time I turn it off and on again, the system and mouse are lagging.
The third or fourth time I turn it on, the problem is solved and it works without lag!

Of course, it doesn't matter when XMP is enabled or not...
I also tested both 2133 and 3200 frequencies, both of which have the same problem.

Can you please tell me what to do?
I turn off and on several times to bring up a Mac!

Switch off than turn on and wait two minutes until spotlite finish indexing.

Can you explain more, I didn't understand!
Does that mean I turned it off, wait a few minutes and then turn it on?
Thank you for explaining more

I told that you have to wait after you boot into system two minutes. It looks like you just hurry.

I'm not in a hurry, my dear friend, I apologize.
I tried it before and upgraded the operating system and worked with the operating system in the same way for several minutes, but unfortunately, I worked like that for more than half an hour, but I still had the same model of lag and hanging mouse and operating system, and the problem was not solved!

I came to a conclusion
The first time I turn it on, there is a ring.
The second time I restart, it is still stuck.
The third time I restart it, it comes up without lag, it's okay!!!!

Note: It is very difficult to start up without lag the first time it is turned on
Does anyone know what my problem really is?
