I tried a lot searching the forum to find if some actually did install the latest Cisco client on a Home brewed hakintosh. I downloaded the image, was gettiing ready to install when I saw the setup like it would ask me to restart or something, chickened out. So please help me out if I can get to vpn to work I am all set...Thanks for help. jziggy618 Posted December 19, 2006 Share Posted December 19, 2006 Yeah, this should work fine. However, you may receive an error 51 when you start up the client. In this case, run the following command in terminal to restart the driver: $ sudo /System/Library/StartupItems/CiscoVPN/CiscoVPN restart I haven't researched too much to find out why it does this, it hasn't bothered me enough for that yet...
