I'm posting this in case this is a real OC 0.9.7 issue, but I have more testing to do, so there is still the possibility that this is because of my mistake and not an OC 0.9.7 problem.

I tried to upgrade my Dell Latitude E6410 to OC 0.9.7 (requires LegacyBoot), but it appears that there may be problems with the new LegacyBoot and HfsPlusLegacy.efi.  I remember problems with HfsPlusLegacy.efi the last time LegacyBoot changes were made to "Fix W^X for firmware drivers for ExFat and HFS+"

My attempt to upgrade to OC 0.9.7 was brief (I updated OC binaries, applied new LegacyBoot and applied new LogoutHook) and I didn't spend much time researching.  I did look for a new HfsPlusLegacy.efi here and don't see one.
