Slice
It is known problem. Graphics HD630 from desktop Kabylake CPU can't wakeup. I saw no solutions. The solution is to buy discrete GPU like RX570 and switch off internal GPU in BIOS. As I did. As I did. thank you for the answer,i found this response to a thread and i feel very related, i was turnig crazy now i can have some rest, so i know i need a graphic card, i gonna save some bucks from now. I have the same CPU and mobo as you (except the Formula version instead of Hero). I tried damn near everything under the sun -- framebuffer edits, DSDT hacks, SSDT patches, EDID patches, every darkwake setting the OS accepts, removing every devices except the bare necessities, you name it. From my research, I simply do not think it's possible for this setup to achieve full sleep/wake functionality, owing to no 'real' Mac having the particular IGPU we do (most use the Iris or Pro lines of IGPU instead). I ended up giving up and buying a small GPU that didn't require external power (an RX560 model that is slightly down-clocked to stay under power limits), and it fixed things right up. You can even still have the IGPU enabled so things like QuickSync (CPU-accelerated video encode/decode) work, but the DGPU has to be the primary. Slice
Be ready that QuickSync will be off after successful wakeup. There will be also problems with icons, preview and QuickLook as they oriented on iGPU if present.
