Ventura 13.6 problems with Magic Keyboard and shift, command, option and control keys

Hello... I need some help...
I installed 13.6 by downloading it from the desktop APP because it doesn't show me on software updates...

Even if I enable beta updates, when I click on "more information", instead of opening the additional information I go to the web page : https://www.apple.com/macos/sonoma/

I've upgraded since 13.5, and I have to say that the wifi with airdrop, I'm much better... But it has disappeared from the top menu and works poorly, the "bluetooth" icon.
That is, I can't see the bluetooth icon on the menu...

In addition to this, the magic keyboard doesn't take the shift key for "multiple selections", while it works perfectly for uppercase...

Same for command, option, control... They work as singles, but for multi-selections of files, nothing...

I think it's due to the bluetooth malfunction. I tried to connect the keyboard via cable as well. It does the same thing...
If I open the keyboard settings the keys work individually, but for example if I want to select 4 files at the same time, holding down the shift key... nothing..

Do you have any suggestions?

Multiple selection works as it should in 13.6 with simple keyboard and mouse. So it is not a problem of system it is rather problem of a driver which I don't know what you have.
