grassmudhorse Posted September 27, 2023 Share Posted September 27, 2023 (edited) I am trying to upgrade from a perfectly working Monterey 12.4 with Clover 5155 and all the most up to date kext. (i5-8250U with MacbookAir8,1). However, after reboot, the boot loader get kernel panic without even loading any kext. (Error message in attachment) I can still boot into Monterey just fine. I think Clover should support Sonoma since 5152, not sure what is going on. Any help would be appreciated. Slice Posted October 2, 2023 Share Posted October 2, 2023 Show your config and preboot.log. I see no reason for such behaviour. May be you are using Monterey specific kexts or patches.
