Need help with poor XEON CPU performance on X99 Ventura

I upgraded to Ventura on my Asus x99 AII and my xeon E5 2696 v3 CPU is very slow before was doing 11500 GB now only 8000 .

I used the kernel patches from Monterey which were flawless but now on Ventura they don't work ,also tried with CPUFriend.kext and CPUFriendDataProvider kext which made the cpu overheat getting to 70-80 degrees.

I will upload my current config maybe someone could help me out to resolve my issue

For Geekbench 6 this is a good result, with Geekbench 6.1 there should be a little more
