hoaug Posted June 16, 2023 Share Posted June 16, 2023 i have successfully installed my HP Laptop but after i upgrade to Ventura 13.4 my trackpad stops working. everything's fine. except trackpads. I have tried many SSDTs with no success. I couldn't find your specified laptop with "SYNA30b3". if there is a Synaptek "SYNA3083" installed then add these two kext drivers in OC/Kext and reboot your system then your trackpad should work. read here : https://github.com/VoodooSMBus/VoodooRMI and download the necessary drivers from here: https://github.com/VoodooSMBus/VoodooRMI/releases either the debug or the release version then put it in OC/Kext. Avery B Posted June 17, 2023 Share Posted June 17, 2023 Does the trackpad work when you add "-vi2c-force-polling" to your boot-args? It could be an issue with APIC/GPIO interrupts.
