system preferences show trackpad setting but trackpad not working

I think you have a "SYNA3083" trackpad. I couldn't find your specified laptop with "SYNA30b3".
if there is a Synaptek "SYNA3083" installed then add these two kext drivers in OC/Kext and reboot your system then your trackpad should work.
read here : https://github.com/VoodooSMBus/VoodooRMI
and download the necessary drivers from here: https://github.com/VoodooSMBus/VoodooRMI/releases
either the debug or the release version then put it in OC/Kext.

thank you for reply me. i dont know why but my track name still is SYNA30B3. its so strange. i was try these kext but track still not working although it show trackpad setting in system preferences.

Does the trackpad work when you add "-vi2c-force-polling" to your boot-args? It could be an issue with APIC/GPIO interrupts.

hi, thank you for helping me, if i use -vi2c-force-polling i can use the trackpad but it lacks a lot of functions the only thing i can do is press the trackpad and move
