I have to choose between having access to 10 gig, or wifi, if I have DisableIoMapper checked in open core 9.2 then I get Wifi and it works correctly, but my Aquantia 10 gig will not acquire a DHCP address or link. if I have it unchecked then it will run the Aquantia 10 gig card, but the Broadcom will not enable though it is seen in the system information

I will post any information requested after I redact it.

Try this settings by default, maybe the Fenvi fails with them:

  • VT-d enabled in BIOS
  • Kernel >> ForceAquantiaEthernet enabled in config.plist
  • Kernel >> DisableIoMapper disabled in config.plist
  • Kernel >> DisableIoMapperMapping enabled in config.plist

On some systems you need to drop the original DMAR ACPI table and replace it by a modified one without Reserved Memory Region block/s. This is a more complicated task but fixes the Ethernet and Wifi issue.
