gazza35
Hey all. Opencore seems to work great for me except i keep getting a warning after doing work on a config file. I have inc a pic, hopefully someone can tell me what the issue is and where i resolve it. Im not sure what the warning means, so TIA for any help. CloverLeaf
Most likely config is messed up if you updated from OC version older than 0.7.3. Upload your EFI so we can check.
eSaF
Actually the warning is normal, it serves as a message as to which OC version the Validator is compatible with. The important message you should pay attention to is the one underneath as there is an issue in the config.plist that needs correcting. I have attached an example from my machine showing the error free result you should get.

I have included a series of pics to show the steps I took and removed the errors. The updated and revised EFI Folder is also attached for you to try. Remember to clean the NvRAM before trying this EFI. Good luck. PS. You'll need to source a newer version of RestrictEvents.kext and put it in place of your current one.
