Hello, everyone!
I have a Lenovo ThinkPad P15 Gen1 laptop:
Processor: Core i7 10750H
Graphics Card: UHD Graphics 630 and NVIDIA QUADRO T1000
SSD: 512GB
Sound card: Realtek ALC257
Display: 1920*1080
I built the OpenCore bootloader ran sound, video, WiFi and everything is OK!
But there are a few problems:
1. After starting macOS, the laptop screen is dark and have to close the lid of the laptop and open it, then the screen appears! The enable-backlight-registers-fix and -igfxblr properties don't help.
Can you please tell me how to fix it?
2. VoodooPS2Controller.kext/Contents/PlugIns/VoodooPS2Mouse.kext doesn't work touchpad, system just won't boot...
3. HDMI and ThunDerbolt/ 3/USCB-C output display doesn't work, because it's on a discrete video card....
Help me please!

config.plist

If your Lenovo ThinkPad P15 Gen1 Laptop's internal display supports 4K UHD resolution, you should add the -igfxmpc boot arg.

And, for black screen issues with CFL Framebuffer, try the igfxonln=1 boot arg.
If it's still a black screen, try changing the Platform ID to 0x3E9B0000

I'm not sure that 3 can be solved unfortunately. I've got the same issue on my X1 Extreme, since the USB C and HDMI are all routed to the dGPU.
For number 2, are you sure that it's an I2C trackpad? Do you have Windows or Linux on it to double check? Most thinkpads with the trackpoint/nub in the center of the keyboard tend to be SMBus/PS2. I'd reckon that you'd want Acidanthera's VoodooPS2 w/ PS2Trackpad and Keyboard in addition to VoodooRMI.

I tried that and it didn't work. Even closing and opening the laptop lid stopped helping. My laptop FullHD MAX resolution 1920x1080 pixels.

How  can i fix it?

Try replacing it with the Config.plist attached below.
Modified based on Config.plist of OpenCore r0.8.7 version.

config.plist.zip
