Michael Volakis
Hi, I'm trying to install MacOS Monterey with OpenCore 8.5.0. I've followed Dortania's Guide carefully for selecting the necessary kexts and creating the config.plist. After selecting the usb drive from the boot menu, a couple of seconds after the initial verbose text the screen goes black and there is no monitor signal. Things I've tried so far: - Adding the agdpmod=pikera to the bootflags - Leaving only the agdpmod=pikera and alcid=1 as boot flags, since there have been issues with the RX6600 when the debugging mode is enabled - Trying out the iMacPro1,1 , MacPro7,1, iMac20,1 and iMac20,2 smbios using the genSMBios tool - Trying to boot with the WhateverGreen kext enabled - Resizing GPU Bars - Deleting unnecessary kexts from the kexts folder and the config.plist such as IntelBTPatcher.kext and IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext - Switching to all different DP and HDMI Ports of the Graphics card. I'm attaching a link to my EFI folder. I'd appreciate it if anyone could take a look and give me some suggestions.
