the "preboot" disk was not ejected because it may be in use by one or more programs

I have a problem with no apparent explanation. It has only happened to me from Maverisk to Monterey on macOS Ventura. The problem is a question is if the EFI of the active hard disk is mounted, it is not necessary that it be the one that contains the opencore EFI, the dismounting happens as in the caption of the photo or title of the post. Also the same thing happens to me in a virtual with VMware Fusion

@kaoskinkae

Seen since first 13 beta by me and others. Don't know if it is something wanted by Apple or some kind of bug.

@Slice

I have this issue in my hack and 2 real Macs, iMac 21 2015 and iMac27 2015. But since both Macs work with OCLP and the hack with OC, I’ll give a try to Clover to see if it’s an OC specific issue.

@Slice

Tried Clover 5149, afaik all work fine but the ejecting disks dialog is displayed as with OC.

Note: it only happens with the EFI of the macOS booted disk.

@kaoskinkae

To me it happens all in native mode, you see that it seems not to be OpenCore specific.

 Visto el vídeo. Maybe it's an Apple Ventura feature? I don't think so because there are users like @Slice who don't see this issue.

I am really having three problems, with the active EFIs 1.- when compressing it on an XFAT disk, logo problems included in the folder, Problems when mounting active disk EFI both in hack and virtual and third when throwing a EFI boot disk empty error related to Audio Folder

It looks like these audio files still used by a process dunno what namely. These audio files are part of OpenCore so why I have no such issue.

thanks but let's wait how the macOS 13 Ventura file moves, I have to make a video about the error also of the Opencore USBs that contain data in the Resource/Audio folderimage.png.ec70d5f84ed60c890bc47136705d1da4.png

I have the same problem on Ventura 13.0.1. Is there a solution to this problem? If I unmount the disk in terminal with

diskutil unmount /dev/disk0s1 then there is no error!!
