It has only happened to me from Maverisk to Monterey on macOS Ventura. The problem is a question is if the EFI of the active hard disk is mounted, it is not necessary that it be the one that contains the opencore EFI, the dismounting happens as in the caption of the photo or title of the post. But since both Macs work with OCLP and the hack with OC, I’ll give a try to Clover to see if it’s an OC specific issue. Note: it only happens with the EFI of the macOS booted disk. @kaoskinkae To me it happens all in native mode, you see that it seems not to be OpenCore specific. These audio files are part of OpenCore so why I have no such issue. If I unmount the disk in terminal with diskutil unmount /dev/disk0s1 then there is no error!!
