I used installer installed Catalina on my sata SSD , it succeeded with a flash of lines and I supposed it will restart and do the rest of its work(just as most tutorial says) , however , it just restart and entered the opencore without a MACOS boot option (or just went into WindowsOS),either not the boot option on bios itself

and when I enter WindowsOS I found that this sata drive has no efi files :

1. Make a signature with your hardware.

2. Do not attach picture to outer servers. You can attach picture to your post.

3. Read forum rules at the top of the screen.

But I don't understand your question and your picture. Where is Opencore, where is Catalina, what Windows shows?

EFI shouldn't be in the same partition as recovery.boot. You have to do GPT partitioning disk. One partition is EFI, next is a partition for Mac, next for Windows etc.
