Kurto2021
I am looking for a motherboard to build a OSX machine but can't seem to decide. I was hoping to find an area that was setup similar to the wiki for Knoppmyth where they have different tiers of hardware. Tier 3 works outta the box no tweaks or changes required. Tier 2 requires some work but isn't bad and the final tier is a pain in the arse. I see that most suggest the 945 boards and was thinking about these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813131041 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813131046 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813135032 I would prefer one that has support for the Core2Duo even though I think I will either put on a Pentium D or use my existing CPU (it's like a 3.0ghz Pentium 4 631). I can't seem to make up my mind on what I want to get because I want it to be simple but can't seem to find one that just works. I probably would prefer to have a 975 board but it just depends on what people think around here.
