Mr. Ksoft
I'm eager to try out OS x86, but I wanted to make sure it will work, and whether I'll have to reformat. My hardware config: Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3500+ (has SSE3) RAM: 1 GB Hard Drive: 250GB (I think it's an ATA) Video: ATI Radeon Xpress 200 128 MB Onboard Audio: Realtek AC97. Onboard. CD Drives: HP LightScribe DVD+ - RW (Im fine if Lightscribe won't work, I never use it) HP DVD-ROM drive Also, I already have Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 installed (with some stuff installed). Can I still partition the drive and install OS X86 and used the WinXP bootloader (or Grub, I have a Linux with Grub I can install) without having to reformat? Please let me know if this'll work. fixxer
I gues it will work, but in safe-mode only. No sound, no network, no video acceleration AFAIK.
