Just was trying to get clover to work before going on to OC. Not sure it will work now but I have upgraded the system to monterey and I still have the issue with sound. I am also doing OC. chummdoggin Posted July 11, 2022 Author Share Posted July 11, 2022 (edited) Got this version of macos is not supported on the monterey boot with clover.. Edit: I did upgrade the wrong clover earlier, trying the 5148 now... no same deal. The OC I just got the non HDMI sound working by removing the boot arg giving the wrong layout id, but still cant get the other card to work. Thats right I had forgotten about the connectors. Thank you all for the help. Much appreciated. I had been trying to figure out the lack of bluetooth function and it was the second time that maybe it just got cooked from the heat and died.
