Based on that picture I personally don't see anything wrong. Your system was told to reboot, and according to the picture it's doing exactly that. In my experience it can take awhile after a fresh install.
But it's hard to tell without any other information. For instance, what's the actual behaviour? Does your system freeze at provided picture? if so, how much time are you giving it? In my experience it can take up to 15 minutes before it proceeds.

Basically I'm preparing to install the Beta OS but its not letting me install the new macOS its basically shutting down with the following commands like in the picture ..

I have updated everything with OpenCore and Kexts .. plus reset the NVRAM to begin the process ..

The thing is, according to the picture it is not shutting down - it is rebooting, which is expected behaviour.
The macOS installation consists out of 3 stages. The system reboots between every stage. If i recall correctly stage one prepares for installation, once it finishes it will reboot your system and you'd need to boot into the install medium again to proceed with stage 2. Stage 2 copies the files onto your harddisk, after which it'll reboot again. Then the option to boot from said harddisk should show up in Open Core's bootmenu and you'd need to boot off from that harddisk to finish the installation.

There might be something going wrong, but if so then it is not being shown on the picture. According to what is visible on the picture everything goes the way it should go.
