Nobody but Apple knows that.

Navi 22 and Navi 23 are just cut down variants and adding driver support for either of them isn't much work once they had Navi 21 running.

Considering this and that they skipped Navi 22 and only added support for the later Navi 23 it is very unlikely.

In General, Apple only adds drivers for GPUs they use in Macs/MPX modules and since they will soon also transition the Mac Pro to Apple Silicon it is an open question if they ever add more GPU options to the Intel Mac Pro.

To supplement what @Aluveitie said: Apple provides drivers for cards it uses. MacPro modules are based on Radeon Pro offerings, not on consumer RX cards; there are W6800 (Navi 21) and W6600 (Navi 23) in the Radeon Pro line but no W6700 (Navi 22).

Apple may support the MacPro7,1 for a few years even after the transition to AppleSilicon is complete, and provide Navi 3 MPX modules when Radeon Pro W7000 are released. I do not see much of a commercial point in real Mac Pros for mid-range 6700 when Apple has (dual) 6800 and 6900 for performance-seeking users and cheap 6600 for those who just need a display output.

Better get whatever supported Navi GPU (5500, 5700, 6600, 6800, 6900) you may find, possibly second-hand, for an acceptable price. Prices are getting much better now:

Thank you for your explanation.  :)
On a serious note, please excuse my sarcasm, but we've been in for over a decade and are well aware about that it's Apple alone who decides whether or not to support GPU's. We have already seen this with ATI and Nvidia GPU's. But we've also seen that Apple has been able to step outside of its standards as support for third party SSD's. So never say never.

I'm not confirming support for these GPU's in the next version of macOS but I won't be surprised either.  ;)
