Rammjet
If you have a USB modem, then you need special drivers for OSX and there are not many modems that have USB drivers for OSX. What ethernet card do you have? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35168-dsl-modems/#findComment-249733 Share on other sites

Detosx
How about dial-up? I came across a rather inconclusive thread that made me think that via a serial or USB port USRobotics modems might work? Can any other dial-up users confirm this? jake123
I have tried this also but no luck "ionetworkinfamily.kext is installed improperly. reinstall it. or ask ur vendor...." i still get this error Thanx for the reply I'm no help here.. but... maybe more people would help if your grammar didn't suck so bad. Like for example, I really don think that they said, "ur vendor" because ur isn't a word, nor do I think that the quote is three sentences.... try a comma, and if it was, make a capital letter afterwards.... Lastly if your quoting something.... don't take 3 separate parts and fit them together and not put in something signifying that its not in that order, because someone may try a search for that on Google, hence it being in quotes all of the information contained within the quotes should be the same as the error. Frankly I do not understand why I get 60's in English class and your up in here, typing like you cannot read English, now if that is the case, say so. When you learn to not be so moronic i will reply to this statement. (No offense to others.) -Zeke By the way, this is me after reading your letter: Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35168-dsl-modems/#findComment-251020 Share on other sites
