I wish I knew… It seems you'll need a lot of patience, perseverance, and possibly some luck. As next step, you may try to disable non-essential devices in BIOS (NIC, CPU 2) and see if it helps. Try different OS, with the most verbose settings to find out where the issue is. A seller on eBay US offers this motherboard "for Hackintosh" with an EFI of his making. So it must be possible. The seller goes by the name 'superchief9'. https://www.ebay.com/itm/304060981364 If you're desperate, that may be a way to get one (or two!) machines running, but you would have to rely on the seller for future support if he doesn't like his EFI being shared on forums.
