SMBİOS not supported ?

Hello,i installed monterey on my pc and when i set smbios to imac 14,2 i get a sign saying go to support.apple.com and it doesnt boot

 

I have Haswell i5 4460 cpu and gtx 750ti

 

As ı understand it says imac14,2 doesnt work with monterey but my its the one for my hardware --Also i checked serial number on apples site and it says its validated

 

is it possible to use imac14,2 smbios on monterey or do i have to change version ?

Hi and welcome to InsanelyMac.

It's not possible to install macOS Monterey on iMac14,2 you either need to use iMac17,1 or later or MacPro6,1 or newer SMBIOS.

Thanks for your answer,if i use imac17,1 or others would i be able to use haswell cpu nicely ? As in can i use igpu or hardware accel(?) ?

Yeah i guess so, as long as you add the correct iGPU information to your config.plist, but I personally use MacPro6,1 SMBIOS for my Haswell CPU but i'm not sure if the IntelHD 4600 works OOB under Monterey.

Try this EFI folder I just booted Monterey using the iGPU and it works fine
