guiyoforward
hi there, I've been away for a while. when I left, mifki aws struggling to get his kernel with the two cores working on core duo and core 2 duo laptops. the last time I checked, there was a discussion of whether cpu=1 disabled the second core. there is actually only one cpu with two cores... so was this a confusion about the wording, I mean, do we have both cores enabled with the latest kernel, or not? I'm still withholding my buying a dell e1505 or 6400 because of this... thanks! joe75
Only one cpu with one core for me General_Cartman claims both cores are working on his T7400, so you could upgrade your 1505 to a T7200 or T7400 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/35067-status-of-core-2-duo-on-1048/#findComment-248976 Share on other sites
