I recently acquired  an iMac2010. I could install El Crapitan (as we used to call it back in the days) and see what kexts etc are required – if t helps.

Thanks for your input, but I want to boot Snow Leopard using newer Hardware ,

OpenCore Does boot but it gets stuck on loading drivers.

So close but yet so far

You could try loading 32 bit kexts and drivers instead.

Since I don't think that it's possible to compile 32 bit kexts in current versions of macOS and Xcode, this might be useful:

I was able to install and use from 10.8 to Sonoma with Cloverrevision:5154 but using 2 different Smbios. to be compatible And the graphics card adapts to that OS. For example, when I go into OS 10.8, I go into the BIOS to change the graphics card to the onboard HD4600, which has been compatible since 10.8-Monterry. After that when I enter OSVentura-Sonoma Adjust BIOS to RX560 which it supports OS 10.12-Sonoma ever

I think there is no use Because your hardware and mine are not the same. It probably won't be compatible.

According to this, sir, you edit your own -SMbios, sir.
Recommendation if you boot 10.7-catalina using config 14.2 it just depends CPU+minbord+video card too
I wish you success.Load

@naiclubYour EFI Does Exactly The Same As my OC, prints loading drivers and that's all It Does

Bangs Head Against Wall And Gets Knocked Out!!

Just An Update, You Will Be Able To Run Combo Updates

As Well As Install Your Own Apps ;)

Just Finishing off The Script And Will Post Soon

I Should Add That Lion To El Capitan Needs To Do Some Extra Work

I Will See If I Can Incorporate That Into My Script

So Far Only Leopard And Snow Leopard Are Bootable,

Don't Know Why The Others Don't Show Up In The Picker

Leopard + Snow Leopard + Lion I can't install it successfully. in the current machine in leopard+snow leopard will be stuck on the graphics card not supported As for lion, it will be stuck at -cpu not supported newer models. Whether it's a fake -CPU+SMBIOS fake, it's not successful sir.

I would try my luck with Clover. I think It's easier to get legacy, non-UEFI hardware to work with it.

And I would use the last version with the old memory fixes: https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases/tag/5123.1

If you succeed, don't forget to give tips for everyone to see as well.

how did you boot them?

My Coffee Lake system is not able to boot anything older than Sierra. At least I couldn't.  For older systems like Snow Leopard, If I am not mistaken, I think you'd need something like custom/legacy kernel which ever you call it as Snow Leopard does not have kernel or CPU support for anything newer than Sandy Bridge.

I have all Intel Mac OS X versions installed on my Skylake hackintosh but I haven't tried booting them. They were installed using iMac 2007 or MacPro 2008 so I can skip any installer issues. They all worked on the Mac Pro 2008. They also all work in VirtualBox and Parallels VMs on the Skylake hackintosh. If you have instructions on how to boot them directly on Skylake hackintosh, then I can give it a try, or is Skylake too new for non-VM boot?
